There was a time where I would give all my energy if someone approaches me. I would give them all my energy, time and effort. Which made me felt empty emotionally and mentally. I’ve then realized that it shouldn’t happen that way. I should choose the people who I would give my energy to. So, I am putting it out there so that everyone can do the same. Save your energy and time. They are such valuable resources to be given to the wrong people.
